We are looking to appoint a positive, inspiring Pastoral Assistant to work within our new Nurture Hub at Paxcroft Primary School. The Nurture Hub is a place for us to co-ordinate and deliver support for children with welfare and SEMH need across the school. The successful appointee would join a wide pastoral team (including a SEN Pastoral Assistant, an ELSA and a Parent Support Advisor) in ensuring that all children who attend Paxcroft have the best possible opportunity to make a start in life. We are looking for a candidate who will be able to quickly build and maintain positive relationships with vulnerable children, who will be able to communicate and work well within a team, and who will be able to innovate to find creative ways to support our children. In return, we will be able to offer space to grow and develop practice, a friendly, supportive team, and lovely children who are very personable.

Salary: Grade F, SCP 9 - 11 (£13.69 - £14.36 hourly rate)
