Welcome back! We hope you had a relaxing Half Term. Term 4 is an exciting one, as we will be doing our performance based on Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland – details and pictures will follow later this term.

English
In English, we will be reading 'The Land of Roar' by Jenny McLachlan and Ben Mantle.
We will be writing to entertain by writing a wishing story. As well as this, we will be learning how to write to inform by writing biographies.

Maths
In Maths, we will be continuing to develop our length, area and perimenter learning. We will then move onto learning about fractions and decimals.

Topic
This term our topic work will be based around the question Geographical question ‘Where in the World is Wiltshire?’. The children will be learning about the canal systems in the county and identifying and comparing Wiltshire’s geographical features to those of other counties and countries. They will also be creating their own Wiltshire maps.
