It has been another busy week in Year Three and Four.  In their maths groups, some children have been looking at units of measurement and measuring lengths and others have been practising the times tables and related division facts.  We are coming to the conclusion of our Newspaper Report Writing unit in English and the children are almost ready to write their report about the Iron Man.  We have started to look at the Design Technology unit in which the children will be sewing a Christmas decoration.  This week, in preparation, they have looked at textiles and discussed what they are and what they are used for.   Some of us have also done some paper weaving.
