This week in Year 3/4 we have started to familiarise ourselves with Beatrice Blue’s Once Upon A Dragon’s Fire, whilst also continuing the Fire Maker’s Daughter, can your child retell you any of the story? We have also completed our first RE day and learned about Christianity, Islam and Hinduism and considered the question - what do different people believe God is like? Across the phase, children have continued their place value learning in Maths. Children will be bringing home their spellings this week and we encourage you to begin home learning, which will promote independence, a positive learning attitude and support their overall learning.
